The KK series single axis robot produced by TPA are very popular, with models such as KSR, KNR, KCR, and KFR boasting a monthly shipment volume exceeding 5000 sets and a warehouse stock of over 3000 sets.
The distinctive feature of the TPA KK Series(same with THK KR Series, HIWIN KK Series) steel-based single-axis robot lies in its use of internal grinding tracks instead of traditional linear guides. This design not only reduces costs, width, and weight but also enhances the precision of positioning. These precision axes, which can be flexibly configured with adapter to mounting any motor, find widespread applications in increasingly sophisticated automation equipment and production lines.
In response to evolving market demands, TPA introduced the competitive aluminum profile structure KK-E series at the beginning of 2024 to meet customers’ quest for ultimate cost-effectiveness (15% cost savings compared to steel profile) and customization requirements, including non-standard stroke specifications. These lighter-weight modules offer quicker delivery times.
